Tabla Lesson # 9 | Lesson for strengthing the Big drum Baian and new Bol NA | Masihi Channel

In this lesson a new word (Bol) is introduced. In this lesson you will learn the Bol NA. NA is a Bol which is similar to the Bol TA which we have already taught in our previous lesson. NA is played slightly inner side of the edge of the Tabla small drum with the tip of the Index finder. The sound of NA is little softer than the sound of TA. However when both the Bols are played at higher speed these become identical and no difference can be observed. An important composition is delivered in this lesson for strengthen the Big Drum hand. The Bol is "DHA TI DHA GHAY NA". The Word DHA GHAY from big drum is played with a special technique which is described inside the video.
